Since no one here has posted a review, I'll post one we just received from the iTunes US app store:

wow! - ★★★★★

by RustySpyky - Version 1.0.1 - 19 February 2011

I just finished playing the prequel. Man that was some high quality hidden object game! I hope the
rest of the episodes are as great as the prequel! Looking forward to seeing (and playing) the rest
of the story!

--------------------------------------------------

but we'd still like to hear from TWOTW fans on what they thought of the Prequel minigame!

We are happy to hear you enjoyed it! We certainly have had fun creating it.

The next minigame, Eve of The War, is multi-level puzzle game where you need to adjust/reflect/guide beams of light to focus your telescope on Mars. Each time you solve the puzzle, you get a better view of Mars through your telescope.

Timing is hard to predict due to Apple approvals. We plan to submit it to Apple in the next 1-2 weeks and Apple usually approves updates within a few days.

Remember that anyone who has purchased the game so far will get this episode for free!

Bought today. Nice on the eye and very well put together but a little bit short. I did it in under 20 minutes. Looking forward to the remaining levels.

Saw it on Itunes too when i looked for the musical, however, could someone tell me what the games involve exactly?
App games tend to be a load of touch screen trash which i despise.

Also Zgames, do not get upset by my skepticism, Duke Nukem 3D and Crash Nitro Kart 2 and Pimple Popper lite were horrible games on the Iphone/Ipad

people may say Angry Birds is a great game, but i come from a generation of gamers that appreciated hard assed platformers and puzzlers,
Abe's Oddysee and Tomb Raider are my kind of games.

All: Episode 2: The Eve of The War is now available! Update the app to 1.1.0, dial the episode in on the Earth menu, and select Play. It was approved by Apple a few days ago so it should be available everywhere.

threelegged: This is a casual game with several different game styles, so not sure it fits your hard core puzzler requirements. The first episode is a fun little adventure style game that ends in a puzzle. The second episode involves solving puzzles with mirrors and lenses to reflect a beam of light. The next episode is Horsell Common, where you guide the journalist from Horsell to his home on Maybury Hill...a top-down action survival game. Looking a little further, Artilleryman is a 5x5 board game puzzle.

trappy: Thanks, glad you like it! Well, keep at them, you don't want them to be too easy do you? But yes, we do plan on posting some hints and/or the complete solutions for players that get too stuck.
